Laurel leaf essential oil is used in aromatherapy as an expectorant and an antiseptic to help relieve symptoms of cold, flu and chronic bronchitis.

Directions:

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
