Peppermint has a strong, cool scent. This plant is mainly used for its aromatic and medicinal virtues. It is the most commonly used mint in phytotherapy for medicinal purposes, and in the food industry.Peppermint is traditionally used in phytotherapy to help relieve nausea and vomiting.

Directions:

Oral: Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil. Take 2-3 times per day.
