Free shipping over $49.99
We offer free shipping within Canada on most orders above $49.99, but some restrictions apply to certain locations. For most orders with a subtotal below $49.99 a flat rate of $6.95 will be added. Currently we only ship within Canada.
When Will My Order Ship?
Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email and we will send you a tracking number. You will also be able to view your order and tracking number by logging into your Buywell account.
Standard Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Depending on shipping address standard shipping will arrive within 4-8 business days.
Express Shipping is a premium service available for an additional $3.95 provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
Buywell.com ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at the time of shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships for delivery. Shipping time is calculated based on business days only; we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Locations Exempt From Free Shipping
All locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6+ months of the year, Northern regions and remote areas (locations far removed from major urban centres or receives infrequent service) Are ineligible for free economy shipping*

* Delivery estimates are approximate and based on multiple factors, the shipping method you select, the shipping destination, the destination address, item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method. Due to increased volume during the Holiday Season our shipping partners may take longer than usual to process your order which is beyond Buywell’s control.
Order cancellation is time-sensitive, should the need to cancel your order arise please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to help facilitate your request. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Contact our Customer Care team Monday to Friday 10AM - 4PM EST.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will make it right within 30 days of purchase! No hassle, no questions asked - we stick behind you as a customer and want to make sure that our products are providing you the best results - because you deserve that. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us at email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
Please Note In order to get a full refund, the product(s) MUST be unopened. Open products will qualify for online store credit only, once we receive the product back. Clearance items are Final sale and are not within our return guidelines.
Defective products can be returned directly within 15 days from the arrival date. The decision to give credit or reship replacement item is at our discretion. *Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, if possible please have it noted on the carrier's delivery record in order to file a damage claim.
Please save the products and the original packaging and contact customer service. Please inform the customer service team of the following information: Order number, items to be returned, quantity (if more than one), the reason for return and if possible please include a picture of the damage.
Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund.
