Pure and versatile, the powder is the ultimate anti-aging and performance-enhancing product.The recommended dosage is just 200mg-400mg (about 1/4-1/2 level teaspoon) twice daily, dissolved slowly in the mouth. Powder can also be mixed into food or beverage (eg. yoghurt, applesauce, oatmeal, protein or meal replacement shakes, milk, juice).
