Arnica oil extract is traditionally used in herbal medicine’s to help relieve pain and inflammation of muscles and joints (e.g. sprains, bruises and joint pain). Another must have at home.

Usage:

Topical (Adults and Teens): Apply thinly and evenly over the affected area 3-4 times daily. Massage. For all skin types.

Warning:

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. 

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to injured or damaged skin. Do not cover with a tight bandage. Do not use in conjunction with extreme heat, such as generated by an electric heating pad; this may lead to excessive irritation or even burning of the skin. Do not apply on or near the nipples if you are breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Do not use if you are allergic to members of the Asteraceae, Compositae or Daisy family. If hypersensitivity or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.
