Seems prickly at first, but truly nurturing and supportive. A traditional spring tonic—known to support joint health. Although it might seem off-putting at first—what with the prickly sting and all—once you’ve become friends with nettle you’ve got a friend for life. A tonic, often drunk in the spring when nettle’s pokey presence is prevalent, we love nettle’s green, hay-like taste nearly as much as we love its ability to support the whole body.
Pleasantly refreshing, hay-like and slightly bitter.
