This formulation provides over 25g of protein through a combination of pea protein isolate and a touch of rice protein. Recovery contains unique ingredients that have been clinically proven to help restore and replenish energy.

Instructions:

Post workout, take daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Mix 1 sachet well in 1-2 cups (250-500ml) of water immediately before consumption. Consume no later than 90 minutes after exercising.
