Directions:
Cleanse once a day to start, preferrably in the evening. Pat dry with a clean towel. For best results, apply SBT Seabuckthorn Tea Cream or SBT Seabuckthorn Seed Oil liberally with clean fingertips after use. After 2 weeks continued use you may increase cleansing to twice per day.
