Pine – Red essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as to relieve cold and cough symptoms.

Directions:

Topical (Adults): Essential oils should be used only after being diluted in a carrier oil.
