Our Organic Legends of China Black Tea (camellia sinensis) comes from the high mountains in the Fujian Province of China and is grown without pesticides, with natural fertilizer and with careful attention for the preservation of the ecosystem. Black Tea is one of the most ancient beverages on Earth. Black Tea also contains flavonoids, which have antioxidant potential. Due to its oxidization, you should brew Black Tea at higher temperatures to release the antioxidants. The caffeine content of our organic black tea is below industry average at approximately 50 to 55 mg of caffeine per cup. In comparison, our green tea contains 20 to 40 mg and typical coffee contains 100 to 120 mg. Our tea bags are always oxygen bleached without the use of any chemicals. Hot Serving
Just before water comes to a full boil, pour over the tea bag and brew for 3 to 5 minutes, or to desired strength. Add desired sweetener to taste.

Iced Serving
Follow directions for Hot Serving, then slowly pour into a tall, ice-filled glass or heat-resistant plastic container. Chill to desired icy temperature and serve.
