ADAM Superior Menʼs Multi is uniquely positioned to maintain overall good health with optimum levels of major vitamins and minerals. It also contains Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Resveratrol and CoQ10 to address two of the most common health concerns of Canadian men; maintaining prostate and cardiovascular health. The 2 tablet per day format provides an average range of 25mg of B Complex and provides higher dosages of key nutrients and better absorption versus one per day formats.
Directions:
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
