Mint Arvensis essential oil is used in aromatherapy as a carminative and antispasmodic to help relieve digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve cold and cough symptoms.
Directions:
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
