To that end, we store the MegaFlora probiotic products at our facility in the freezer up until the time that they are packed for shipping. To ensure minimal transit time, we then ship via two-day shipping whenever possible to our customers within the US. Based on an 8-state shipping study conducted using this product, we determined that this was an effective approach to maintain product viability during transit. Ideally, once received the product should be placed immediately in the refrigerator or freezer and stored according to the instructions on the label to ensure viability is maintained through expiration.
