Canada Goldenrod is a perennial with yellow flowers native to North America that is found in most American States and Canadian provinces. This ornamental honey plant produces a taste not unlike that of clover honey and buckwheat honey. The essential oil is obtained by steam distilling its flower tops. Golden Rod essential oil can be diffused to promote rest and relaxation or meditation.
