Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after a physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion. Relieves muscular fatigue, cramps, and aches. Directions:

Adults and children from 6 years old: Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals.
Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion.
During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.

Medical Ingredients: Arnica Montana 9CH, Sarcolacticum Acidum 3CH, Zincum Oxydatum 3CH.

Non-Medical Ingredients: Sucrose, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Lemon Natural Flavour.
