In 2002 Cigala, already a flamenco superstar, recorded a ground-breaking album, Lagrimas Negras, that fused flamenco and Cuban jazz. It went on to sell 1,6 Million up-to-date copies world wide!

Now Cigala follows that with Dos Lagrimas, a sorcerer's blend of Cuban boleros, Flamenco, tango, bossa nova, and hypnotic African rhythms.

Collaborating on Dos Lagrimas are pianist Guillermo Rubalcaba and percussionists Tata Guines and Changuito. Their depth of knowledge and daring creativity galvanize Diego Cigala's innovative flamenco, whose exciting fusion of Cuban and Spanish tunes he describes as ". . . sounds of the soul".
