The slow movement of the third sonata is famously known from the movie "Truly, Madly, Deeply", starring Alan Rickman and Juliet Stevenson and makes audiences go weak at the knees. In this recording we are privileged to hear the mastery of Australia's finest Baroque musicians, Danny Yeadon and Neal Peres da Costa. Their performance of these sonatas is of huge emotional depth and impeccable brilliance.
