Sandra France is a composer based in Canberra whose music deserves a wider audience. The music for this CD has been chosen to showcase the various styles in which Sandra writes and the various ensembles and musicians for whom she has written. Sandra's music is accessible, intelligent and full of emotion.

The musicians who have recorded these works range from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra (Colin Piper), to the Lawrence University Wind Band (Robert Levy) to the best of Canberra's instrumentalists, including Tall Poppies stalwart, cellist David Pereira.
