The first album, Hollywood Swings, was a a great success and the sequel, Swinging Down Broadway, looks destined to do equally well. This time we’re heading to Broadway in the 30s – high glamour and glitz were all the rage, and composers and lyricists like Irving Berlin, Kurt Weill, Ogden Nash, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Jerome Kern, Harry Warren, and Oscar Hammerstein II were in their prime.
